When you’re filling out a diary card section, you can drill down into the description of the particular skill or target you are working on. Each pre-loaded item will have a brief description to refresh your memory and you can change or edit them to your heart’s content. When you add your own skill, you can also add descriptions.

You can format them to look nice using either HTML (if you know it) or a language called Markdown to simplify the entry process.
